Ashapuri Computer Services

We started Ashapuri Computer Services here in Ellora Park because there were always people asking where to get their laptops fixed. It’s a small space, mostly filled with monitors, tangled wires, and old keyboards we keep for parts. I usually have a few machines opened up on the main workbench at any given time. People bring in computers that won't turn on or laptops with cracked screens. It’s a lot of sitting and looking at screens, trying to figure out why a particular software isn't working or why a hard drive is making noise. Sometimes it’s just a simple cleaning job because of all the dust that gets into the fans around here. We don't really have a big staff, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. The phone rings a lot with people asking for help over the call, but usually, they have to bring the machine in so we can actually see what’s wrong. It gets a bit messy with all the screws and small tools lying around. We’ve been in this part of Ellora Park for a while, so most folks nearby know where to find us. We don’t do much else besides repair work and maybe selling some basic accessories like mice or cables when someone needs one. It’s quiet work for the most part, except for the hum of the cooling fans and the occasional frustration when a part doesn't arrive on time.
