Our spot is in Sai Vihar Apartments, specifically room 403. We are right on the Fatehgunj Main Road in Baroda. It is a pretty active part of town, so there is always noise from the street coming up to the fourth floor. The office is basically just a few rooms where we manage the air service side of things. It’s got that old-school apartment feel, not like those glass buildings you see in the newer parts of the city. We have a lot of folders and logs piled up on the desks. Working in Baroda means dealing with the humidity, so we usually have the AC running if the power is behaving. People come by to talk about cargo or flights, and we just sit around the table and figure it out. It’s a small team here. We don’t do the whole corporate dress code thing; we just wear what is comfortable for the weather. The stairs in the building can be a bit much if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. Fatehgunj is a great area though, plenty of places to grab a quick snack during lunch. We’ve been at this address for some time now, and we know most of the regular faces around the building. It’s a practical place for a practical job. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of the schedule every day. It's not a fancy operation, just a steady one.
