Aryan Shope

Aryan Shope is tucked away in the Inner Market of Sector 8 B, specifically at B/F 12 on Gotri Road. Finding us can be a bit tricky if you aren't familiar with the layout of the sector. It’s a quiet corner most of the time. We spend our days arranging things on the shelves and checking what’s left in the back. The shop has these bright lights that sometimes flicker if the voltage is low. We’ve got a small radio that plays the local station, mostly just for background noise while we work. The floor is that old grey tile that never looks perfectly clean no matter how much we sweep it. Outside, you can hear kids playing in the sector sometimes. Being in the inner market means we don’t get as much noise from the main Gotri Road, which is nice. We have a big glass window in front but we’ve covered some of it with posters so the sun doesn’t hit the stock too hard. It gets stuffy in the summer months, so we keep the door propped open with a brick. People from the nearby flats come in for small things. We know most of them by sight. It’s not a big operation, just us at B/F 12 doing our thing. We have a plastic chair for when we get tired, and a small drawer where we keep all the receipts and loose change for the day.
