We are based in units 33 and 34 of the Suraj Dev Society 2 in Vadodara. It’s a residential-style area, so it’s much quieter than being right in the center of the city. We have two units side by side, which gives us a bit more room than we used to have, but it’s still pretty cozy. The address in Gujarat 390011 is where we spend the bulk of our week. Most mornings, we arrive and check the mail before getting started on the computer work. It’s a very local feel here. We know the people in the society, and they see us coming and going at the usual times. Our office doesn't have any flashy signs or professional decor. It’s mostly just functional furniture and stacks of folders that we haven't quite found a permanent home for yet. We do our own cleaning and make our own tea, so it’s a very hands-on kind of place. The weather in Vadodara can be quite intense, so we’re thankful for the fans we have running all day. We just focus on getting the tasks done one by one. It’s not a fancy corporate environment, just a place where real people work together to keep things moving. Sometimes we stay late when there's a lot to do, but mostly we stick to a regular schedule. It’s a decent, honest place to work and we are quite happy with the little community we have here.
