Apexa Art

Apexa Art is tucked away in 44 Chitrakut Apartment, which is over on Refinery Road in the Gorwa area. If you are looking for us, we are right behind Bapus Dargah. It is a quiet enough corner of Vadodara, though the main road gets quite congested during the morning and evening rush. Our space is not very large, and it often smells like paint or whatever materials we are working with that day. We do various kinds of art and creative work here. It is not always a tidy place; there are usually sketches and supplies scattered across the tables. We don’t have a big professional team or a corporate office. It is just a few of us who enjoy making things with our hands. A lot of our neighbors from the apartment complex drop in just to see what we are doing. We don’t do a lot of advertising because word of mouth seems to work better for a small place like ours. The building is a bit older, so we deal with the usual stuff like leaky taps or flickering lights now and then. We just keep our heads down and focus on the details of the work. Sometimes a project takes a few hours, and other times we are at it for days. It is a simple life, and we are just glad to be working in Gorwa. It is a lot of sitting and focusing, which can be hard on the back, but we like it.
