Ap American Pharmacy

Our shop is over in the Shangrila Complex, specifically B-102 and 103 on the first floor. We are right near the Radhakrishna Char Rasta in the Akota area. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always a lot of movement outside. Being on the first floor means people have to come up the stairs or the lift to get their medicines. We keep the shelves stocked as best as we can, though sometimes things get a bit messy when a big delivery arrives. Ap American Pharmacy is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s a bright space with white floors that we try to keep clean. Akota is a nice area, and we have a lot of regulars who come in from the nearby apartments. We know most of them by name and what they usually need. It isn’t just about handing over boxes; we spend a lot of time talking to people and checking their prescriptions. We have a small back room where we keep the fridge for the cold stuff and a little space for us to sit down for ten minutes. The traffic at the Char Rasta is a constant background noise for us. Sometimes it’s hard to find a place to park around here, but people manage. We stay open late most nights because that is when people are coming home from work and realize they need something. It’s a simple, steady life here in the complex and we have a good group of people working here.
