Amt Techno

Amt Techno is located at unit 23 in the Durga Industrial Estate. We are pretty easy to spot because we’re right near the Jain Temple and just off the NH-08 highway in Sankarda. Being so close to the highway makes it easy for us to get in and out, though the noise of the trucks never really stops. The estate itself is a mix of different small businesses. We spend our time inside the unit working on various technical bits and pieces. It’s not always glamorous work. There’s a lot of testing and re-testing to make sure things are put together right. We have a small bench in the back where we take our tea breaks. The floor is concrete and can get quite cold in the winter months. We’ve been in Sankarda for a while, and we’ve seen the area change as more buildings went up along the highway. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless there’s an accident on the NH-08. We don't spend much on decorations or fancy office furniture. The money goes into the tools we use every day. If the lights are on, someone is usually working. We try to keep a regular schedule, but sometimes a job takes longer than expected and we stay late. That’s just how it goes here.
