Amarapur Watch & Mobile

We are located on Alkapuri Vasna Road. Most people come to us when their watch stops working or their phone screen gets a crack. It’s a small shop and it can get a bit messy with all the tools and spare parts lying around on the workbenches. I started out just fixing old wristwatches, but then everyone started carrying mobiles, so we had to learn how to fix those too. We sell some basic phone covers and charging cables, and we have a few watches on display in the glass cases. The traffic on Vasna Road is always loud, but you get used to it after a few years. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know how to handle the screwdrivers and the tiny parts. If a repair is going to take a long time, we just tell the customer to come back in a few days. We try to be fair with what we charge for the labor. Sometimes we can't fix things if they are too old or broken, and we just say so. It’s better to be honest about it. The shop opens around ten and we stay until the evening. We have a small stool for customers to sit on while they wait. It’s nothing special, just a place to get your gadgets looked at. We’ve been in this same spot for a long time and the neighborhood knows us well.
