We are up on the second floor of Dwarkesh Complex, in room 203. It's right on R C Dutt Road in Alkapuri, and if you look out the window, you can see the Panorama Complex right across the street. Being in this part of Vadodara means there is always something going on. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we handle travel stuff. We have a couple of computers that have seen better days and a phone that seems to ring at the most inconvenient times. Mostly, it’s just us sitting here and making sure bus tickets are booked and car rentals are lined up. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us who know the travel business well enough to help out. Sometimes the office gets a little crowded when a whole family comes in at once, but we manage. We try to keep things straightforward. If a route is blocked or a flight is delayed, we just tell people the truth. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people get from one place to another. During the monsoon, the rain really hits the windows hard, and we just keep working through it. It’s a good spot to be in, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the complex over the years. It's just a normal office where we do our best for the customers.
