Akshar Info is located right in Wadi 1st Main, over by the AECS Layout near ITPL Main Road. It’s a busy area and we are right in the middle of it. We started this place because there was a need for someone to help with computers and info stuff in this part of town. Most days it's just us looking at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't loading right. We get a lot of office workers from the ITPL side coming in during their lunch breaks or after they finish for the day. The shop is tucked away a bit, so you have to know where you are going on 1st Main. It isn't a huge place, just enough room for a few workstations and some spare parts. We don't use any fancy talk here. If your laptop is slow, we look at it and tell you why. Sometimes it's just a simple fix, other times it takes a bit more time. We handle a lot of different things, from software stuff to hardware that’s acting up. The traffic on ITPL Main Road can be a nightmare sometimes, so we usually tell people to call before they head over just to make sure we are there and not out on a call. We've been here long enough that most of the local shopkeepers know us by name now, which is a nice feeling.
