Akar Info-Media Pvt. Ltd. operates out of 1492, Ambica Ngr., which is just off Gotri Road in Vadodara. Gujarat is a busy state, and this part of town is no different. Our office isn’t in a skyscraper or anything. It’s a straightforward building in a neighborhood we’ve grown to like. 390 021 is where we’ve set up shop. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of work. We aren't the type to have a big polished lobby with flowers. We’d rather just get to work when we arrive in the morning. The Gotri Road area has plenty of places to grab a quick snack, which is lucky for us because we often forget to pack a proper lunch. We deal with info and media, but it feels more like a trade than some high-tech venture. It’s practical work. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of stapler pins at the worst possible time. That’s just life in a real office. We’ve got a small team, and everyone knows what they need to do. There’s no big hierarchy here. If something needs fixing, whoever is closest just does it. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers recognize us. It’s a decent place to be, and we just keep plugging away at our tasks day after day without much fuss. It is a bit noisy sometimes, but we are used to it.
