Ait Solutions

Our place is located at A-3/4 in the Gidc area on Gorwa Road. It’s an industrial estate, so there’s always noise and movement nearby from the other units. Ait Solutions is just one of the many setups here trying to keep up with the daily schedule. We do technical stuff, mostly solving problems for other businesses that need help with their equipment. The office is pretty basic. We’ve got a few desks and some spare parts piled up in the corner. It's not the cleanest looking place because we are always in the middle of a project or fixing something. Gorwa Road can get quite crowded during shift changes at the bigger factories nearby. We usually start early to avoid the worst of the traffic. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to answer the phones with a script. You just get one of us. We try to be honest about how long things take. If a part is missing or a system is being difficult, we just say so. It’s better that way for everyone. Most of the people we work with are from other Gidc units or small towns nearby. We’ve been in this spot for years, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the work comes first. It’s a practical environment. We drink a lot of chai and spend most of our time looking at screens or fixing hardware that someone brought in.
