You’ll find us at Number 14 in Sonal Society. We are right by the Sonal Char Rasta on Gurukul Road. It’s a busy intersection in Memnagar, so there is always noise from the traffic. We deal with machines that move things, like forklifts and trolleys. It’s a lot of technical talk and looking at parts diagrams. The office is attached to where we keep some of the equipment, so it can get a bit oily. We aren’t really a retail shop where you just walk in to browse. Usually, people come because they have a specific need for their warehouse or factory. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the workshop or checking on deliveries. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first moved in, with more shops and flats going up around us. We just stick to what we know, which is moving heavy stuff from one place to another. It’s a practical business and we don't spend much on making the office look pretty. There are piles of manuals on the desks and usually a few spare tires in the corner. We eat our lunch together and talk about whatever is happening in the city. It’s just a group of people working hard to keep things rolling along.
