Air Sahara

We are set up at B/2 in Sainath Park, which is right near the Raneshwar Temple on Vasna Road. If you’re in Baroda, you probably know the area. It’s a busy street, but our little corner in the park is relatively calm. Working with Air Sahara from a residential-style office like this means we see a lot of people from the neighborhood. They walk over from their houses to ask about flights or to sort out their travel plans. The temple nearby usually has some bells ringing in the mornings, which is a nice way to start the workday. Our office doesn't have the flashy lights or the big screens you see at the airport. It’s just a few of us, some old computers, and a lot of phone conversations. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the walk to the office a bit of a challenge, but we always make it in. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and we’ve gotten to know the other shopkeepers and the people living in Sainath Park quite well. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon when we talk to our customers. We just tell them what’s available and help them get their tickets. It’s a straightforward way to run things. Most days are pretty much the same, but that’s okay with us. We’re just local people doing our jobs on Vasna Road.
