It’s usually pretty quiet around here in the mornings when we first get into the office at Gunjan Tower. We are up on the ninth floor, occupying rooms 901 and 902. Being right across from LM Bick on Korba Road makes it easy for folks to find us, though the traffic in Subhan Pura can get a bit thick during the lunch hour. Most of us have been working here at Aimil Ltd. for a while now. The view from the windows is mostly just other rooftops and the busy street below, but it's home for us during the work week. We spend a lot of our time dealing with paperwork and taking phone calls. The elevators in the tower can be a little slow some days, so a few of us just take the stairs if we aren’t carrying too much. It’s a practical space. We’ve got our desks set up just how we like them, and there is always a pot of tea or coffee going in the corner. You get used to the sounds of the city after a while. Sometimes the noise from the road comes right through the glass, but you stop noticing it when you’re busy. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing. It isn't a fancy setup, but it works for what we need to accomplish every day. Being located in this part of town means there are plenty of places to grab a quick bite nearby, which is nice.
