We’re located on the second floor of Anshi Avenue. It’s tucked behind the Indian Oil Petrol Pump on Polytechnic Road. It’s a handy landmark because everyone knows that pump. Being on the second floor means we have a bit of a climb, but it keeps us away from the immediate noise of the street. Inside, it’s mostly rows of computers and a few whiteboards that are usually covered in notes. We do infoware and software work, which means we spend hours looking at code and testing out new things. It’s not a very loud office. Most of the sound is just the tapping of keys. We have a small area where we keep some snacks and a water cooler. The building itself is decent, though the parking can be a bit of a headache during the middle of the day. We’ve been here for a while now. We don't have any polished sales pitches or big logos on the wall. We just focus on getting the software to work the way it's supposed to. Sometimes we have meetings around a small table, but most of the time we’re just at our desks. It’s a quiet routine. When the sun starts to go down, the light comes in through the side windows and it’s actually quite nice. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't; we're just a software team doing our thing in this part of town.
