Adity Hotel

I’ve been at 138 Swaminaraynnagar Society for a while now. This part of Nizampura is usually quiet, which is nice for a place like Adity Hotel. Most mornings start with checking the water tanks and making sure the hallway lights were turned off. It’s a basic building, nothing fancy, just a regular spot in Vadodara. People come in mostly for work or visiting family nearby. Sometimes the gate squeaks when the wind hits it right, and I keep meaning to oil it. We have a few rooms and a small desk where someone sits most of the day. The street outside gets a bit busy during school hours because there are kids around. Most of the time, it’s just about keeping the bedsheets clean and making sure the keys are where they should be. I usually walk over from the main road. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, with more shops popping up around the society. Inside, we have some chairs in the lobby area that have seen better days, but they are comfortable enough. We don't have a big fancy sign, just the name so people know they found the right house number. It’s a lot of repetitive work, like checking people in and out, but it keeps us busy. The walls are painted a light color that needs a touch-up soon. It’s just how things are here in this corner of the city.
