Aastha Softech

Aastha Softech is tucked away in room 511 of the Siddharth Complex on R.C. Dutt Road. It’s a busy building with a lot of different offices, so you have to wait for the elevator sometimes. Our space isn't very large, but we've squeezed in enough desks for everyone. We do software work, which mostly means a lot of clicking and typing for hours on end. The walls are a bit bare, and we haven't gotten around to putting up any decorations yet. We have a small water cooler in the corner that makes a weird gulping sound every ten minutes. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. Usually, whoever is closest to the phone just picks it up. R.C. Dutt Road is always bustling, so there's plenty of places to grab lunch nearby, which is nice. We focus on the tasks at hand and don't spend much time on fluff. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all have to take a break, but usually, we are busy. It is a straightforward place to work. We just show up, do the coding or whatever is needed, and go about our business. It feels like a real community in this complex. We see the same people in the hallway every single day.
