Aastha Softech

We are located over at Race Course, specifically in the Manmohan Housing Society area near Susen Tarsali Ring Road. Our unit number is 801. It’s a decent sized space where we do all the software work for Aastha Softech. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the busy road further down. We’ve got a few rows of desks and plenty of cables running along the floor. It’s not the most stylish office, but it’s where we spend most of our hours. Software can be tricky, so there's usually a lot of typing and quiet thinking going on. We have a small pantry area for making coffee, which we do quite often. The building has an elevator that works most of the time, which is good since we’re up on a higher floor. On rainy days, you can hear the water hitting the glass pretty hard. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and know the local food stalls nearby well. The commute isn't too bad for most of the team. We don't really have a front desk person, so if someone knocks, whoever is closest just gets up to see who it is. It’s a practical environment. We focus on the coding and the technical bits that our clients ask for. Nothing too complicated in terms of office politics, just people working on their monitors and getting through the backlog.
