Aadirath Gifts

We’ve been here at Balgopal Complex for a while now. It’s right near the Darbar Chowkdi in Sector-44C. If you know Manjalpur, you know how it gets around here in the evenings. Lots of folks walking by. We started the shop because there wasn't much on this side for people to just pick up something nice without driving too far. It’s a small place, Aadirath Gifts, just tucked in shop number 4. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with the road right there, but we try to keep things clean. Most days it’s just us sitting here, waiting for the afternoon rush. Usually, school kids come by after classes, or people headed home from work. We don't have fancy displays or anything like that. It’s just shelves with stuff we thought looked okay. You might have to dig around a bit to find what you want. The lights in the back flicker sometimes, but we haven't got around to fixing the wiring yet. My brother helps out on the weekends when it gets busy. We see the same faces every week, mostly neighbors from the surrounding blocks. It’s quiet in the mornings, which is when I usually get the stocking done. We don't really do big advertising or stuff like that, people just find us because we’re right by the chowkdi. Anyway, that’s pretty much how things go here every day. It’s not much, but it keeps us occupied.
