Out here in Vemar, things are a bit slower than in the middle of Vadodara city. Our office for 3I Infotech is located in the Karjan taluka. The air is a little cleaner here, though it gets dusty when the wind picks up across the plains. We have our desks set up and the internet keeps us connected to the rest of the world, even if we are tucked away in this corner of the district. Some days the power fluctuates, which is just part of life in Karjan. We usually bring our own lunch or get something simple from the nearby shops. It is a humble setup. People from the surrounding areas come by sometimes, and we recognize most faces after a while. Working in Vemar means you don't have the constant noise of heavy traffic, just the occasional tractor or motorbike passing by the Po office. We like the quiet. It helps us focus on the tasks at hand without the distractions of a busy urban center. It is just a regular workday for us at 3I Infotech.
