Anjali It Solutions

If you find yourself on Makarpura Road near the 3G Society, you’ll see Anjali It Solutions. We are right across from the Novino Battery building in the Jhotwara area. We spend our days looking at screens and taking apart computer towers. It’s a small shop, but we’ve managed to fit a lot of tools and spare parts into the corners. People bring us their laptops when they won't turn on or when the screen gets cracked. We aren't some big IT firm with suits and ties. We’re usually in t-shirts, hunched over a desk with a screwdriver. It gets pretty crowded with all the boxes and cables lying around. Sometimes a repair takes ten minutes, and other times we’re scratching our heads for two days. We try to be honest with people about what’s broken and if it’s even worth fixing. A lot of our neighbors from the 3G Society come in when their Wi-Fi acts up. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, so we know the local regulars. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but people find us. We don't have a fancy waiting room, just a couple of stools. Most of the time, we’re just busy trying to get through the pile of devices on the workbench. It’s honest work and it keeps the lights on for us.
