Our office is situated at number five on Nagda Road, right across from the government college. It is a pretty easy place to find if you are in the area. We are a group of farmers who decided to pool our efforts into this producer company. Dealing with the market and all the paperwork is a lot easier when you aren't doing it all on your own. Most of our time is spent looking at how we can improve what we grow or finding better ways to get it to the buyers. We aren't a big corporation with lots of staff. It’s just us, the local farmers, trying to make things work. The location on Nagda Road is convenient because we can see people passing by and it’s close to where many of us live and work. There is always something to do, whether it’s checking on the storage or talking about the upcoming season. We don't use much fancy language here. We just talk about the things that matter, like the price of fertilizer or the quality of the soil. Some days are better than others, especially when the harvest is good and everything goes smoothly. When things go wrong, we just sit down and try to figure it out together. It’s a practical way of living and working. We are just a bunch of people who know the land and want to do things properly without any extra fuss or unnecessary complications in our daily routines.
