Rupakhedi Farmer Producer Company Limited operates out of M No. 122 at the Maa Brahmaniwarehouse. We are located on Tarana Road in the village of Vill Roopkhedi. It is a very rural setting, as you might expect given our name. The warehouse is a big, open space that gets quite cold in the winter and very hot in the summer. M No. 122 is where we keep all the records and where the farmers come to talk to us. Working at Vill Roopkhedi means we are right in the middle of where everything grows. The Tarana Road is often busy with tractors and trucks moving back and forth, especially during the harvest season. At Rupakhedi Farmer Producer Company Limited, our day starts early, usually before the sun is fully up, to beat the heat. We spend a lot of time checking on stocks and making sure the storage conditions are okay at the Maa Brahmaniwarehouse. There is a lot of heavy lifting and a lot of dust. It is not a clean, polished office job. We wear sturdy boots and clothes that we don't mind getting dirty. There is a small desk in the corner where we handle the paperwork, but most of our time is spent out on the floor or talking to the farmers who come by Tarana Road. It is hard work, but it is what we know.
