Namchandra Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of Sanjkheda, near the Gharegaon post. We are set up at Muktabai Bhausaheb Gavali’s place at Gat Number 67 in Anjkheda. It is a bit of a drive to get out here, but it is right where the farming happens. The office is basically just a part of the house where we store our records and meet up. We are a small group of farmers from the local area. We don't have a big marketing budget or a professional staff. It’s just us, the people who actually work the fields. We started this company as a way to handle how our produce is sold ourselves. It’s a lot of learning on the go. Some days we are just sitting on the porch talking about the market, and other days we are busy loading trucks. The village of Anjkheda is small, so we all help each other out when things get busy. We don't have fancy titles or corporate structures. Everyone just chips in where they can. It is a lot of hard work, and the rewards aren't always immediate. We just focus on the work we are doing here in the Sanjkheda area and keep our heads down. Dealing with the day-to-day tasks of running a producer company happens without any extra fuss or polish. It’s just real life for us, surrounded by fields and friends. We just try our best.
