We are Lasudiyakhedi Farmer Producer Company Limited, and we are located out in the Ratlam district. Our main spot is in the village of Lasudiya Khedi, and you can usually find Anokhi around there helping to keep things moving. We are in the 457118 area of Madhya Pradesh. Most of us have been farmers since we were kids, following in the footsteps of our fathers and grandfathers. We decided to form this company because we were tired of being the last ones to get paid when the harvest is done. It’s just us local people trying to get a fair price for the crops we work so hard to grow. We don't have any fancy offices or a lot of money to spend on things that don't matter. Most of our meetings happen right in the village, standing around near the fields or at someone’s house. We talk about real things like the cost of seeds and how to deal with the pests this year. It’s not a polished business; it’s just a way for us to stay together and have a little bit more power when we go to the market. We are just honest people trying to make a decent living from the soil. It’s hard work and the days are long, but we are doing it for ourselves and our families here in Ratlam.
