Inlay India

We are located at 30-A, New Fatehpura, right near Sukhadia Circle. Sunder Vatika is just a stone's throw away from our door. Inlay India is where we do a lot of detailed work. Most of it involves putting small pieces of material together to make patterns, usually for furniture or floors. It takes a lot of patience to get everything lined up right. The office is usually filled with samples of different woods and stones. It is not a giant factory; it is more of a place where we sit down and figure out how to make a design work in real life. Sometimes we get a bit behind because hand-work takes the time it takes. You cannot really rush it without messing up the lines. The area around Sukhadia Circle is nice, so we get a decent amount of people just dropping by to ask questions about what we do. We try to keep things organized, but when we have several projects going at once, there are sketches and tools all over the place. We do not have a big corporate team, just a few of us who have an eye for this kind of decorative work. It has been our home for a while now, and we like being part of the local scene here in Udaipur. We just focus on the craft and making things look the way they should. It is quiet, steady work for us.
