Humsafar Bags And Luggage is located at 50 D Bapu Bazar, right in the Brahmpuri area. If you’ve ever been to Bapu Bazar, you know how packed it gets. There are people everywhere and the noise never really stops. Our shop is just one of many in that long stretch, but we have been here at 50 D for a good while. We deal with all kinds of luggage, from big suitcases to small shoulder bags. They are stacked from the floor to the ceiling because the shop is quite narrow. Sometimes it’s hard to move around when we get a new shipment in. Brahmpuri is a vibrant part of the city and being in Bapu Bazar means we see tourists and locals alike. The air is always full of the sounds of people bargaining and scooters honking. I usually sit on a small stool near the entrance to catch whatever breeze comes through. My hands are usually busy moving bags around or showing someone how a zipper works. We don't have a website or any of that, just the physical shop where you can see the stuff for yourself. It gets very hot in the summer months, but we just keep the fan running and carry on. It’s a traditional way of doing business in a very traditional market. I like the energy of the bazaar even on the busiest days when it's hard to breathe.
