Our work happens on the ground, in the dirt, every single day. We are a small private limited company, but it’s mostly just family and friends working together. We grew up in this area, so we know the land around Deva Bhansol pretty well. The soil here can be tough, and we have to work hard to keep it healthy without using harsh chemicals. We spend our mornings checking the crops and our afternoons dealing with whatever needs fixing. It’s a simple life, and we don't have much use for corporate talk or polished business plans. We just want to grow good organic food and sustain our lives. Sometimes the crops don't do well because of the heat or lack of rain, but that's just part of being a farmer in Rajasthan. We have our small office space for the legal side of things, but you won't find many of us sitting there for long. We’d rather be outside.
