Boradi Parisar Farmer Producer Company Ltd. is located in the Madri Ind Area on Road No-4, at F-24/25. We operate out of a large shed that is mostly used for storing bags of grain and seeds. It is a very practical place, and you will often see tractors or small trucks parked out front waiting to load or unload. Our work is all about connecting the farmers with what they need to grow their crops and then helping them find a place for their produce. There is always a lot of heavy lifting involved, so the staff here is usually tired by the end of the shift. The office is just a small corner partitioned off from the main warehouse, where we keep the records of the harvests and the payments. It smells like earth and dry sacks in here most of the time. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a big sales team. Most of our members are local farmers who know us by name and just stop by to talk about the season or the prices. Sometimes we have meetings sitting on the crates because we don't have enough chairs for everyone. It is a bit disorganized at times, especially during the peak harvest months when everything arrives at once, but we manage to get through it. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and making sure the accounts are settled fairly for everyone who brings their goods to us to be sold.
