Inspire Krishi

The shop is right here in Savina Subcity Centre at 4B. It’s a busy spot and we spend most of our time talking to people about their crops or what seeds might work better this time around. At Inspire Krishi, the shelves are usually full of packets and tools that farmers need for their work. It gets a bit crowded inside when everyone shows up at the same time, especially before the rains start. We don't have fancy air conditioning or anything, just a fan that works most of the time. Sometimes the floor gets a little muddy from people coming in from the fields, but that’s normal for a place like ours. We spend our day checking the stock and writing things down in a notebook because computers can be a bit much sometimes. It’s mostly about knowing which fertilizer is which and making sure we don't run out of the popular ones. Savina is a good place to be, and we see a lot of the same faces every week. It’s not a complicated business. We just open up in the morning, move some bags around, and wait for whoever needs something for their land. We try to keep things simple and just focus on what’s in front of us. Some days are slow and we just sit outside for a bit, but that’s just how the market goes here.
