Bhavana Marble & Art Palace

Our place is right at the By Pass Chouraha on N.H.8 in Bhuwana. It is a busy spot with all the trucks and cars zooming past. We have a mix of things here. There is marble, of course, but we also have some art pieces and statues. It makes the yard look a bit more interesting than just plain stone. Some people stop just to look at the carvings. The sun hits the white marble and it can be quite bright out there. We spend a lot of time cleaning the dust off the statues so people can see the details. Working near the highway means it is never truly quiet. There is always the sound of horns and engines. We have a small shaded area where we sit. Dealing with marble is heavy work. We have to be very careful with the art pieces especially. They take a long time to make and you don't want to chip them. Customers come from the city and sometimes from further away. They are looking for something to make their house look a bit different. We just show them what we have on the lot. There is no pressure. We just let them walk around. It's a decent way to spend the day, even with all the heat and the noise from the road. We’re just here from morning till evening, mostly. Every day is pretty much the same routine for us.
