Asian Arts Impex

Our spot is at number 5, Sukher Main Road. We are right across from Bedla Road, basically on the N-H 8 highway. Being on the main highway means there is always a lot of movement and noise. Asian Arts Impex is where we handle all our daily business. We have a lot of stone and art pieces sitting around the yard. It is a hot place in the summer because the sun hits the pavement hard right outside our door. We spend most of the day checking on the stock and talking to the people who pull over from the highway. It is a very practical setup. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and find one of us working in the back or sitting near the entrance. The trucks come in regularly to load up, and that keeps us pretty busy. Sometimes the road gets blocked up with traffic, and we just sit and watch the cars go by. We have been at this Sukher location for many years, so we know the local guys well. We do not do much in the way of selling ourselves; we just let the work sit there for people to see. It is just a normal day-to-day life for us here. We keep the place running as best as we can, even when the dust from the highway gets into everything and we have to spend the morning cleaning it up.
