Sreekailasanatha Farmer Producer Company Limited is tucked away at No.09, Santhepet in the Dharmapura area of Hiriyur. It's not a flashy place, just a workspace where we handle the daily grind of the farming business. Most of us grew up around here and know the land pretty well. We got together to form this company because doing everything alone was getting too difficult for the local growers. If you drop by our spot near the market, you’ll probably see a few of us sorting through records or talking to someone about their harvest. It gets dusty during the dry season and the street outside is always noisy with tractors and people moving about. We don't have a big staff or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door answers it. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out in the fields, making sure the crops get where they need to go. Life in Hiriyur moves at its own pace, and we just try to keep up with the seasons. Some days are long, especially during harvest time when everyone is bringing in their produce at once. We don't use any fancy systems, just honest work and a lot of patience. It’s a community thing, really. We’re just trying to make sure the farmers in our part of the taluk have a fair shake at things. It's simple, practical work for people who know what it's like to work the dirt. We just do what needs doing.
