We are based out of No 244 in Akkirampura. It is a quiet place near Koratagere where most people spend their days in the fields. Parivarthana Eco Farmers Producer Company Limited started because a few of us realized that farming alone is getting harder every year. The soil here in Holavanahh is good, but you have to treat it right. We spend a lot of time talking to other growers about natural ways to keep the crops healthy. It is not a fancy operation. Our office is just a regular spot in the village where people drop in after work. Sometimes we talk about the rain, other times it is about where to get better seeds. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us, the farmers from Akkirampura and the surrounding spots. We try to help each other get a fair price for what we grow. It takes a lot of work to manage everything, from the planting to finding buyers. Most of us have been doing this since we were kids, following what our fathers did.
