We are Koratagere Taluk Farmer Producer Company Limited. Our office is set up on Judge Residence Road in Moodalapanne. It’s a quiet enough spot most of the time, though things really pick up when the farmers come in from around the taluk. We started this whole thing because doing things as a group seemed better than everyone struggling on their own. We deal with whatever comes up that day. Sometimes it's about getting the right seeds, sometimes it's just figuring out how to get the transport to show up. The road outside can get a bit bumpy after the monsoon hits. We don't have a big fancy staff here, just a few of us trying to keep the records straight and the supplies moving. Most of the time, our boots are covered in dirt from being out on the plots checking the growth. We talk a lot about the soil and what’s growing well this year. If you need to find us, just head down towards the Judge Residence area. Everyone around here knows where that is. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just work the land and try to get a fair shake for the produce we grow. It’s a long day usually, starting early and finishing when the sun goes down. Sometimes we stay late to finish the paperwork if there's a big shipment coming. It's just the way it is for us, day after day.
