Yogash Industries

We set up Yogash Industries at 5, Thiruveethi Amman Koil Street. That’s over in Mannurpet, right near the edge of Padi. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside, just a regular industrial unit with a heavy rolling door. Inside, it’s mostly metal scraps and the machines we use every day. We do a lot of small-scale production here. It’s just a few of us working the shifts. We don't have a breakroom, so we usually just eat our lunch sitting on the tool crates. It’s a simple life. We started out doing basic repairs and slowly got more equipment as we could afford it. Now we can handle a bit more variety. The street gets a bit muddy when it rains, so we have to watch where we step. We don’t really do any advertising. Most of our customers have been coming to us for years. They know we’re at No. 5. Sometimes we stay late to finish a job if a customer is in a hurry. It’s not a big corporate thing, just a local business trying to keep things moving. We deal with the heat in the summer and the noise all year round. It’s what we know how to do. If you need something made or fixed, you can just drop by Mannurpet and talk to us directly. It is a noisy place but we get by.
