Down in the North Phase of the Sidco Industrial Estate in Korattur, you’ll find us at 69-B. Lenox India has been in this spot for a good while now. It’s an old industrial building with high ceilings and plenty of space for our stock. The area is always humming with the sound of other factories nearby. We mostly deal with industrial saws and blades. The warehouse part of the building is usually cold in the morning and hot by noon. We don't have any fancy displays. It’s mostly just shelves and crates everywhere you look. Most of us here have worked together for a long time, so we don't need many meetings. We just know what needs to be packed and shipped. Korattur is a busy hub, and the traffic can be a nightmare during shift changes. We try to get our deliveries out early to avoid the worst of it. The office side of things is just a couple of desks pushed together near the front door. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a shiny lobby. We just care about making sure the orders are correct before they go on the truck. It’s a straightforward operation. Some days are slow, and some days we can't catch our breath, but that's just the nature of the business in this part of town. We just keep working until the shutters go down at night. It’s hard work.
