Our place is located at 69-B in the North Phase of the SIDCO Industrial Estate in Korattur. It’s a pretty typical setup for this part of the city. We have a decent-sized space where we keep our tools and materials. The area is full of other small factories and workshops, so there is always the sound of machines and trucks moving about. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees; we're just a group of people working together in this shop. The interior isn't anything special to look at, just concrete floors and metal shelves. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving between different tasks throughout the day. The heat in the industrial estate can be pretty intense in the summer, but we have some fans that keep the air moving a bit. We don't have a dedicated sales team or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who know where we are and what we can do. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We show up in the morning, open the gates, and get to work. Sometimes we have tea breaks outside where we chat with the neighbors from the other units. It’s a simple life here in Korattur. We just focus on the job at hand and try to make sure everything leaves the shop in good shape. The building is a bit worn down but it serves our purpose perfectly well.
