Pgus & Co Mugappair Indl Estate

Working out of the Mugappair Industrial Estate means we are always surrounded by other workshops and small factories. Our unit is C 2, and it is a very practical, no-frills space. We don’t have a big showroom or a fancy entrance. It is mostly just tall shelves, heavy workbenches, and that lingering smell of grease and metal that you find in places like this. Mugappair West is a busy area, and the industrial estate is always humming with the sound of some machine or another. We have been here for a good while, so we have seen many of the businesses around us change over the years. At Pgus & Co, we mostly keep our heads down and stay focused on whatever orders we have on the desk that day. It is a small team, so everyone ends up doing a little bit of everything. One minute you might be answering the phone to talk to a supplier, and the next minute you are helping the guys load a heavy crate onto a truck. We aren't doing anything fancy or revolutionary. We just provide what our customers ask for and try to do it right. The weather can be pretty tough in the afternoons when the sun hits the roof, but we manage to get through it. We aren't interested in being the biggest company in Chennai. We just want to make sure the work is finished and the people who buy from us are satisfied enough to come back next time.
