Macroline Controls

Our office is up on the first floor at 10/81 on North Made Street in Thiruvottiyur. It’s right near the temple area, so it gets incredibly busy during festival times. We work on controls and systems, mostly small components that require a lot of sitting at benches. It’s a lot of focus and sometimes it gets a bit tedious, but it’s what we do. The room is filled with circuit testers and small tools. We’re not a big factory, just a small team in a crowded part of Chennai. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and wait for the generator to kick in while we chat. The windows look out onto the street, so we see everyone going about their day while we’re hunched over our work. We’ve been in this building for a long time, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we never seem to get around to it. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders as they come in. It’s a simple setup—a few tables, some chairs, and plenty of parts scattered around. We don't try to look like a big company because we aren't one. We're just people who know how to fix and set up these controls. Sometimes the traffic noise is a lot, but we are used to it by now. It’s just life.
