Its Tooling Pvt. Ltd. is located in Shop I along Mahatma Gandhi Road. We are part of the Vgn Shanti Nagar area in Ambattur, which is a place where everyone seems to be making something. Our shop is small but we have packed it with as much equipment as we can fit. We work on precision tools and components that go into bigger machines. It is precise work, so we spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and measuring things down to the last millimeter. Sometimes the machines are finicky and need constant adjustment, which takes up a lot of the morning. Ambattur can be quite loud with all the industrial activity, and our shop is no different. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively while we work. I handle most of the walk-in customers while the guys stay at the back with the lathes. We aren't a big corporation with many branches, just this one spot where we do our best to get the orders finished on time. Sometimes we stay late when a client is in a rush, but we don't mind it too much if the work is interesting. It is a lot of standing on your feet all day, but seeing a finished tool that works perfectly makes it worth the effort. We just keep our heads down and keep the machines running properly even when things get busy. The neighborhood knows us for being reliable workers.
