S L Apparels

Our shop, S L Apparels, is located at 39, Ksc School Road, right in the heart of Tirupur Bazaar. This whole area is known for clothes and fabrics, so it’s always buzzing with activity. You can hear the hum of sewing machines from almost every building on this street. Our place is no different. We have rolls of cloth stacked against the walls and threads of every color you can think of. It’s a bit messy, but we know exactly where everything is. The school nearby means there are always crowds of parents and kids around at certain times of the day. We’ve got a small space where we do the cutting and another area for packing things up. It’s hot work, especially with the irons going, so we keep the windows open as much as possible. The dust from the fabric gets everywhere, so we are constantly cleaning the surfaces. We aren't a big factory, just a local spot in the bazaar. Most of our work comes from people who have been coming to us for years and know our faces. We don’t have a website or any fancy advertisements; people just walk in or call us. The street outside is narrow, so deliveries can be a bit of a struggle with the bikes parked everywhere. We just make it work. It’s a long day, but seeing the finished products ready to go makes it worth it for us in the end.
