Our place is at New No. 7A/3A, No. 54, in the E.B. Colony area, near the Gandhinagar Post. It’s a quiet residential spot mostly, so having a business here means we try to be mindful of the neighbors. We deal with a lot of international stuff, which mostly means we spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails at odd hours because of the time differences. Our office is filled with boxes and samples that we are preparing to send out or have just received. It’s not always the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. The Gandhinagar Post is just a short walk away, which is handy for us when we need to get things mailed out quickly. We don't have a big fancy storefront or anything like that. Most of our work is done behind the scenes. We have a small team, and we’ve all been working together for quite some time, so we have a good rhythm going. Sometimes the power goes out in the colony and we have to sit and wait for it to come back, which gives us a chance to have a cup of tea and a chat. It’s a decent way to earn a living, and we enjoy being based in this part of town. We just keep our heads down and get the shipments sorted out as they come in each week.
