We started small and just kept adding more equipment over the years as we found the space. Most of our days are spent checking measurements and making sure the parts we make actually fit together like they should. It’s greasy work, and our uniforms usually show it by the end of the shift. Trichy has a lot of industrial history, and we are just one small part of that. We don’t spend much time on the computer or doing fancy paperwork unless we absolutely have to. Most of the time, we’re out back at the lathe or the welding station. People from around Andal Nagar know us as the place that’s always busy with some project or another. We try to keep things organized, but in a machine shop, there’s always a bit of metal scrap and oil. It’s honest work and keeps us occupied from morning until evening.
