You can find us over at 86, Gandhi Nagar Road, right in the Jagir Ammapalayam area. We’ve been at this location for a while now, running the engineering shop. It’s a typical local business where the owner is usually the one actually doing the work along with a couple of helpers. The shop is filled with various lathes and drills that have seen better days but they still work perfectly for us. We don't spend money on fancy signs or shiny office furniture that no one really needs. Most of our budget goes into keeping the equipment running and buying raw metal materials. People from around the neighborhood stop by when they need something fixed or a specific part fabricated for their own machines. We have a lot of metal scrap piled up in the corners because you never know when a small piece might come in handy for a quick repair. The road outside can get pretty dusty with all the bikes and trucks going past our door. We usually have the radio playing in the background to break the silence when the machines aren't running. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a receptionist waiting at a desk. If you walk in, you just look for whoever isn't holding a welding torch or a wrench at that moment. We take pride in just getting the job done without making a big fuss about things. It’s quiet, steady work.
