We’ve been over at D-56 in the Developed Plots Estate in Thuvakudi for a long time now. It’s a busy spot, and there’s always something going on in the workshop. Most days start early before the sun gets too hot. We have a lot of metal sitting around and machines that hum all day. It isn’t the quietest place to work, but we are used to the noise. People here know their way around the tools. We don’t spend much time in the office because the real work happens on the floor. Sometimes things get a bit messy, but that is just how it is when you are making things out of steel. The trucks come in and out of Thuvakudi constantly, moving parts back and forth. We just keep our heads down and get through the pile of jobs on the desk. It’s a straightforward kind of life here. Some of the guys have been with us for years, and they know the machines better than anyone else. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big lobby. It’s just a gate, a workshop, and the work we do every day. If you walk past D-56, you’ll likely hear the grinding or the sounds of parts being moved. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. It’s just Anand Engineering, a place where people show up, do the work, and go home to their families when the shift ends.
