Angalaamman College of Engineering & Technology is located out in Siruganoor, specifically in the Ramanan Nagar area. It’s been here for quite some time now. When you drive out this way, you see a lot of open land before you get to the college buildings. Most of us who work here travel in from the surrounding towns every morning. The place is pretty straightforward. We have a few main blocks for the different engineering departments and some workshops where the students spend a lot of their time. It’s a busy place during the week. You’ll see students carrying their drawing boards and notebooks between buildings. In Ramanan Nagar, things are generally quiet, which is good for focusing on studies. The weather gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so everyone tends to look for shade under the trees during lunch. We have a small canteen where people grab tea or a quick bite. It’s not a fancy setup, but it works for what we need. There are plenty of classrooms with regular desks and chalkboards. The labs have the usual equipment you would expect for technical training. We don't really do big events often, mostly just the day-to-day teaching and lab work. It feels like a small town within itself. People know each other here. If you need someone, you usually just walk over to their office. It’s just a place where folks come to get their degrees and move on with their lives. Nothing more, nothing less.
