Almighty Vidhyalaya Public School

Almighty Vidhyalaya Public School is over on Marudhadi Road in Perambalur. It’s a local school that serves the families living in this part of Tamil Nadu. The school building itself, often called AVPS by the people here, is a familiar sight on the road. We have a gate that leads into a courtyard where the children gather for their morning activities. It can get quite hot in Perambalur, so the classrooms are built with high ceilings and big windows to catch any breeze. The teachers here are mostly from the surrounding towns and they’ve been part of the school for a long time. You see a lot of the same families sending their kids here year after year. The daily routine is pretty set, with lessons in the morning, a lunch break where kids share their food from stainless steel boxes, and more classes in the afternoon. We have some space for outdoor activities, but it’s nothing like a professional stadium. It’s just enough for the kids to run around and get some exercise during their physical education time. The office is usually cluttered with books and files, and there’s always someone coming in to ask a question or drop off some documents. It’s a grounded place where the focus is on the day-to-day work of teaching and learning. We don't have many frills, but the school is a core part of the neighborhood for everyone living around here.
