A Plus Academy

You can find A Plus Academy down at number 12, Korappath Lane. We are located in Chembukkav, which is a fairly quiet spot in Thrissur compared to the center of town. The building is right there in the lane, and we spend most of our time inside working with the students who come through our doors. It isn't a huge operation, just a few rooms where we set up tables and chairs for the classes. Usually, the afternoons get quite busy when the school day ends and the kids start arriving. We have been here for a bit, so the local families know the shortcut through the lane to get to us. The staff here are just local folks who know the subjects they teach. We don't go for anything fancy; the walls have a few charts, and we keep enough pens and paper around for whoever needs them. Thrissur weather can be a bit much sometimes, so we make sure the fans are always working. There is a lot of talking and explaining going on throughout the day. Sometimes the lane gets a bit crowded with bicycles and parents waiting, but we manage. It’s a straightforward setup. We open up in the morning, get the lessons prepared, and stay until the last student heads home for dinner. It is mostly about the daily grind of studying and getting the work done. We like the neighborhood here in Chembukkav. It is a nice place to spend our days.
